Customer Service Specialist

Customer Service | Los Angeles, CA

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist who is obsessed with our customers and has a “get-after-it” attitude. You’ll be providing support to our retail clients, delivery customers, driver networks, and internal teams. Engaging with high-end consumers, you’ll be representing SHIPSI and responsible for maintaining the highest standard of professionalism within a fast-paced environment, startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer, evaluate, and prioritize inbound requests from our retail clients, delivery customers, last-mile networks, and other strategic partners
  • Ability to answer support phone calls & tickets.
  • Proactively respond to customer needs.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the overall satisfaction of our customers
  • Display extensive product and process knowledge
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and with compassion
  • Ensure detailed record keeping

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years customer service experience
  • Strong aptitude to understand and work effectively with technical data and process
  • Proven organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills¬†
  • Passion for solving customer challenges and a commitment to their overall satisfaction
  • Attention to detail and deadlines
  • Ability to adapt and operate effectively in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
  • Capacity for building relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative approach to work
