The JobWe are hiring a Sales & Solutions Engineer to join our fast growing technology startup in the retail space based in Venice, CA.
Responsibilities– Serve as a conduit between sales and development team by participating in pre and post sale meetings with CEO & Sales team.
– Work with internal and external teams to translate client business objectives into a technical implementation plan
– Act as the main point for understanding client implementation requirements and help design solutions that meet or exceed current standards.
– Proactively estimate implementation difficulties from listening and communicating with brand/retail clients and driver networks.
– Research, gather and document requirements, building high level design and working with developers on low level implementation.
Requirements– Exceptional listening skills, quick thinker with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate and bridge between retailers and our technology.
– Strategic and consultative approach with the ability to dive into granular details and data.
– Solid understanding of how systems work together such as API’s, SOAP/REST, Databases, data interchange, Ecommerce, IMS, ERP, OMS, and WMS systems.
Bonus Criteria– Extensive experience working with GSuite, Copper, Slack, Monday.com
